Repositioning an Italian heritage brand for the modern luxury landscape required balancing innovation with legacy — creating a renewed perspective that could resonate with today’s consumer while honoring the craftsmanship and identity that defined the brand for decades.
The creative strategy centered around a sophisticated vision of contemporary Italian lifestyle, combining modernity, sensuality, and artisanal craftsmanship into a refreshed brand narrative. The challenge was not only to reconnect with a younger audience that had largely moved on from the brand, but to do so without alienating the loyal consumer base that helped establish its legacy.
Working closely with the brand’s creative director, a new visual and cultural language was developed that pushed the brand forward while remaining grounded in its heritage. In partnership with image maker Harley Weir, the campaign introduced a distinct and emotionally charged creative perspective that stood apart within the luxury market.
Launched globally across high-impact media placements and digital-first platforms, the work reestablished the brand’s cultural relevance and helped position it once again alongside leading luxury competitors.
